
The Chamber of Food Industries held a coordinative meeting for the Salt Sector with representatives of the National Institute of Nutrition and UNICEF to coordinate a workshop on raising the efficiency of quality systems and analyzing the iodine content in small and medium iodized table salt production factories, in the presence of Dr. Maysa Hamza, Executive Director of the Chamber, Dr. Moataz Saleh, representative of UNICEF, and Dr. Jolsen Saleh, representative of the Secretariat of the National Program for Salt Iodization at the National Institute of Nutrition.
