Field visits to a number of food establishments in the field of dairy products manufacturing

The Chamber of Food Industries organized a series of field visits to a number of food establishments working in the field of manufacturing dairy products, to get acquainted with the current status of the safety and quality systems applied in the factories. the activity came within the frame of the visit of the international expert in the field of food safety to dairy manufacturing facilities “Evi Severin”. The visits covered a number of factories in Benha investment zone (Qalyubia governorate).
Mr. Mahmoud El-Bassiouny confirmed that these visits come within the frame of the fruitful cooperation between the Chamber, as a representative of the private sector, and the National Food Safety Authority to spread awareness of the requirements of food safety, and the Chamber’s strategy to provide technical and advisory support to small and medium-sized private companies.
